Hi! My name is Joe Cauchi, Owner/Operator of J&E Burner Service.

I’ve been specializing in oil-fired heating systems for over 21 years, with extensive experience in repair, maintenance, and installation. For 17 of those years, I worked with a small oil company, where I led the service department for 14 years. After the company was acquired, I briefly worked for the larger corporation but quickly realized that the personal touch and high standards I value were getting lost in the shuffle. That’s when I made the decision to start my own business.

As an independent owner-operator, I bring a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every job. Being a one-man operation means my clients always deal directly with the person doing the work—ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and a level of care that’s hard to find in larger companies. I take great pride in my craftsmanship and focus exclusively on oil-fired systems to deliver specialized expertise.
